Andy has proudly been a resident of Helena since 2010. In January 2025, he was appointed to represent Place 2 with a strong commitment to community engagement, transparency, and responsible growth.

Born and raised in Mobile, AL, Andy brings a deep understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities facing our neighborhoods. Before joining the City Council, he worked as a Logistic Engineer and Government Property manager for defense contracts across the United States and multiple foreign countries. He is a veteran of the US Army and served in Desert Storm. Andy is a member of the Knights of Columbus, DAV, and the VFW, and also serves as the liaisons of the TAG Grant and the D&I board.

Outside of public service, Andy enjoys Alabama football, golf, hunting, and fishing. His biggest pleasure is spending time with family. Andy lives in Oak Park/Highlands with his spouse, Kari, children, Marisa and Addison, along with their two dogs, Allister and Cooper.
