Cathy has been proud to call Helena home since 2023, and in that short time, she has come to deeply love this community and the people who make it special. She is guided by a sincere commitment to truth, honesty, transparency, and thoughtful growth, always striving to serve with humility, integrity, and care.
Originally from Fort Lauderdale, Florida, Cathy brings a lifetime of experience that has shaped her understanding of everyday challenges and the importance of compassion in leadership. Inspired by her father’s example, she carries a strong belief that serving others is one of life’s greatest callings.
Her heart for service is evident in her involvement with organizations such as the St. Vincent de Paul Society, Angel Food Ministry, and her parish community. Cathy is also an active member of the Historic Homeowners Association and Lions Club International, and she currently serves as liaison to the Beautification and Historic Preservation Boards, working alongside others to help preserve the character and charm that make Helena feel like home.
When she’s not serving the community, Cathy enjoys the simple joys of life, cooking, baking, gardening, driving fast cars, and sharing laughter and adventures with her husband, Bob. Together they enjoy life in Silver Lakes with their beloved clowder of cats: Calista, Charlie Chaplain, Rocco, Bella, and Oreo.
At her core, Cathy is committed to helping build a welcoming, transparent, and well-managed Helena, one where every resident feels seen, valued, and supported. She is always grateful for the opportunity to listen, connect, and walk alongside her neighbors as they shape a bright future for the city they all love.
